Is CarePass insurance?
No. CarePass is a preventive healthcare membership and is not medical insurance or for emergency use.
How long is CarePass valid?
CarePass is valid for 12 months from activation. Unused benefits expire at the end of that period, and CarePass is non-refundable once purchased. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I use every benefit at every Alpro outlet?
Selected services are available at participating locations and may require an appointment. Please check the relevant service details before visiting.
Can I purchase for my family?
Yes. Separate CarePasses may be purchased for eligible adult family members (aged 18 and above), subject to programme terms. Choose how many you need.
Is there a different price for VIP Members?
No. CarePass is RM99 per adult for everyone, and no code is needed. What is different is simply that we wanted to tell you about it ourselves, as a thank-you for being with us.
